Christmas Morning

Maddie's Photography

I think most of the pictures really speak for themselves! Maddie loves taking pictures right now and if she chooses to be, she is actually getting pretty good. :)

Christmas Eve Bowling

Every Christmas Eve it is a tradition for our family to get together with the McBride family to enjoy cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate and then go bowling at the only bowling alley in Toledo. It's nice because we are usually the only people there that day. It's a fun tradition!

Paintballing Aftermath

Paintballing was a blast! We all had nice welts to show for it too. I got hit on the neck and that was pretty dang painful, but I was hardcore after that! Heather still has nice bruises/welts everywhere that she was hit. We would totally go again. We live for adventure!

Christmas Lights on Temple Square

This is the first year I have ever been able to see the lights on temple square at Christmas time. It is so beautiful. They truly bring the spirit of
Christmas to life.

O Christmas Tree

We bought a real tree for our apartment! We didn't plan too well about how we were going to transport the tree to our apartment...so we had to put it in my back seat and roll down both windows. It was an adventure! It is so beautiful and makes our apartment smell so good. Now that we have a tree with lights, ornaments, and ribbon it has started to feel like Christmas. I love it!

Christmas Fun

I made some blankets for gifts and had some left over fleece

Christmas Fun

I made some blankets for gifts and had some left over fleece so Heather and I tied the extra material to our heads. :)

Jessica's Wedding

One of my old roommates and dearest friends, Jessica Harris, is now Jessica Hale. She and Luke were married in the Idaho Falls temple in November and I was able to be in attendance at the reception. She looked beautiful, as always. I love her! Of course here I am at another reception and the two friends and old roommates, Jacquelyn and Katrina, who I was there with are married and I'm not married and not dating anyone... surprise! We had a blast together celebrating Jessica's marriage. It's always good to get together with old roommates who are my dearest friends :)

Me and Santa?

Friday night Heather and I went on a double date and we did a picture scavenger hunt.... it was a great first date! My date (Brian) and I found Santa's throne at Macey's so we decided I should tell him what I want for Christmas...he didn't mind :)
