New York City at Night...

The night life in New York City is definitely different than anything you'll experience during the day! Holly and I went to bed early the first night I was in New York because we had only slept for two hours or less the previous night (I flew in on the Red Eye from Salt Lake, arriving at 5:55am New York time). So... Saturday night we partied it up and didn't get home until after 3:00am. We had so much fun! We went dancing at a little club called Santos Party House around midnight and somehow managed to get in for $5 each. We danced for a little while and then decided we had had enough of the rancid throw-up smelling breath the two guys that had attached themselves to us were blowing into our faces and went off to enjoy the night. Our next stop was the Empire State Building. It was a perfect time to go see it because the area wasn't over populated by people like Holly said it is during the day. It gave us a chance to enjoy the view without all the commotion. The building was lit up in purple and gold lighting and it was beautiful.

We also found these fun display windows at Macey's and took pictures of us mimicking the models in the windows. It was a blast! Holly is so fun and I love the expressions she makes when she is posing for pictures. :)
